Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a frozen dairy dessert-type food product and to a process for preparing the same. According to the invention, the product comprises 15.78% carbohydrates, 16.54% lipids, 4.32% proteins and 13.4% fibers, having an energetic value of 229 kcal/100 g of product. As claimed by the invention, the process consists in mixing sweet cream with 32% fat, apple marmalade, seaberry jam, apple juice, seaberry juice and powder, then pasteurizing, homogenizing and cooling the mixture which is then partially frozen until reaching the temperature of -5...-6.5°C, resulting in an ice cream-type frozen product which is dosed and packed, followed by the hardening operation at the temperature of -25°C for 30 min. Produsul conform invenţiei conţine 15,78% glucide, 16,54% lipide, 4,32% proteine şi 13,4% fibre, având o valoare energetică de 229 kcal/100 g produs. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că se amestecă smântână dulce având 32% grăsime, magiun de mere, dulceaţă de cătină, suc de mere, suc şi pulbere de cătină, urmează pasteurizarea, omogenizarea şi răcirea amestecului, care este apoi congelat parţial până la temperatura de -5...-6,5°C, rezultând un produs congelat de tip îngheţată, care se dozează, se ambalează, urmând apoi operaţia de călire la temperatura de -25°C, timp de 30 min.
