PROCESS FOR MOUNTING FRAMES OF PVC WINDOWS WITH THERMOPANE GLASS

The invention relates to a process for mounting PVC window frames on the old wooden or metallic casement of the window which has to be replaced, without damaging the old casement and, implicitly, without damaging the window sill, thus eliminating the costs for repairs, the process being used in industrial or social constructions or in the process of rehabilitation of constructions in agricultural farms, such as stables, greenhouses, mushroom growing houses, silos and the like. According to the invention, the process consists in mounting the assembly (A) of the PVC frames on the old casement (B) of wood or metal structure, the casement (B) requiring only small interventions relating to removing hinges and possible unevenness, the mounting being carried out in the optimal position on the already existing edges of the casement (B) and being fixed by means of some wood screws (h), the joints being filled with a minimum amount of polyurethane foam (s), and, in the end, the ornamental platbands (b) specific to this type of carpentry being optionally applied. Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de montare a ramelor ferestrelor PVC pe vechiul toc de lemn sau metalic al ferestrei care trebuie înlocuită, fără distrugerea vechiului toc şi, implicit, fără deteriorarea glafului ferestrei, eliminând astfel costurile pentru reparaţii, procedeul având aplicaţii la construcţiile industriale, sociale sau în procesul de reabilitare a construcţiilor din fermele agricole, cum sunt grajdurile, serele, ciupercăriile, silozurile şi altele asemenea. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în montarea ansamblului (A) al ramelor de PVC pe vechiul cadru (B), de structură lemnoasă sau metalic, cadrul (B) necesitând doar mici intervenţii privind eliminarea balamalelor şi a eventualelor denivelări, montarea făcându-se în poziţia optimă pe canturile deja existente ale cadrului (B), şi se fixează cu ajutorul unor holtşuruburi (h), se umplu rosturile cu minimum de spumă (s) poliuretanică, iar, la final, se aplică opţional platbandele (b) ornamentale specifice acestui gen de tâmplărie.
