According to the invention, the system is connected in parallel to the direct current traction substation, between the traction line (4, 5) and the high-voltage line (1), by means of a recovery transformer (16) if the traction substation rectifier is parallelly dodecaphased or bridge-like three-phased, or directly to the secondary coil of the traction transformer (2) if the rectifier of the traction substation is serially-dodecaphased, and it comprises a parallel active filter (12), a unidirectional separation circuit (13) and a control unit (18), where the unidirectional circuit (13) comprises two identical coils (24) and one diode (23) or two identical coils (24), one diode (23) and one bipolar transistor (25) with insulated base. Invenţia se referă la un sistem static de filtrare şi regenerare, pentru substaţii de tracţiune de curent continuu, ce realizează, pe de o parte, filtrarea activă a armonicilor de curent şi compensarea puterii reactive în reţeaua de alimentare a substaţiei de tracţiune, şi, pe de altă parte, recuperarea energiei electrice obţinute în timpul frânării vehiculului, de exemplu, tren, metrou sau tramvai, prin transformarea energiei cinetice de către un echipament aflat pe vehicul. Sistemul conform invenţiei se conectează în paralel cu substaţia de tracţiune în curent continuu, între linia (4, 5) de tracţiune şi linia (1) de înaltă tensiune, prin intermediul unui transformator (16) de recuperare, dacă redresorul substaţiei de tracţiune este dodecafazat paralel sau trifazat în punte, sau direct în secundarul transformatorului (2) de tracţiune, dacă redresorul substaţiei de tracţiune este dodecafazat serie, şi cuprinde un filtru (12) activ paralel, un circuit (13) de separare unidirecţional şi un bloc (18) de comandă, în care circuitul (13) unidirecţional conţine două bobine (24) identice şi o diodă (23), sau două bobine (24) identice, o diodă (23) şi un tranzistor (25) bipolar cu bază izolată.
