Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a surface-coating composition for metal implants made of titanium alloys previously plated with zeolite, which are used in orthopaedics and dentistry, and to a coating process which uses the said composition. The claimed composition consists of 0.1...2% tribomechanically-activated modified natural zeolite clinoptilolite, 0.5...2% thyme, oregano, sage or myrtle essential oils and 1...5 % hydrolysed collagen in distilled water, the percentage being expressed by weight. The claimed process consists in that implants based on titanium alloy, previously plated with zeolite, are coated with collagen and then modified with tannic acid, after which they are immersed into the claimed composition and dried at the room temperature.
Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie de acoperire a unor implanturi metalice, din aliaj de titan, placate în prealabil cu zeolit, utilizate în ortopedie şi stomatologie, şi la un procedeu de acoperire care utilizează această compoziţie. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită, în procente gravimetrice, din 0,1...2% zeolit natural clinoptilolit, activat tribomecanic modificat, 0,5...2% uleiuri esenţiale de cimbru, oregano, salvie sau mirt, şi 1...5% hidrolizat de colagen în apă distilată. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceea că implanturile pe bază de aliaj de titan, placate în prealabil cu zeolit, sunt acoperite cu colagen şi apoi modificate cu acid tanic, după care sunt imersate în compoziţia conform invenţiei, şi uscate la temperatura camerei. |
