MICROCAPSULES OF HYDROLYZED COLLAGEN WITH ESSENTIAL OILS AND PROCESS FOR OBTAINING THE SAME

The invention relates to microcapsules of hydrolyzed collagen with essential oils to be used in the cosmetic and medical field and to a process for obtaining the same. According to the invention, the microcapsules consist of hydrolyzed collagen, essential oil, ethanol and a reticulation agent. The claimed process consists in incorporating the solution of essential oil and ethanol into the collagen hydrolysate, homogenizing the same, adjusting the pH to 7.4 with sodium hydroxide 1M, adding distilled water until the final composition comprises 1.5...10% collagen as dry matter, and, in the end, the reticulation agent, to result in microcapsules as powder having sizes of 2...30 μ m. Invenţia se referă la microcapsule din hidrolizat de colagen cu uleiuri esenţiale, utilizate în domeniul cosmetic şi medical, şi la un procedeu pentru obţinerea acestora. Microcapsulele conform invenţiei sunt constituite din colagen hidrolizat, ulei esenţial, etanol şi un agent de reticulare. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în încorporarea soluţiei de ulei esenţial şi etanol în hidrolizatul de colagen, omogenizarea acestora, ajustareaH la 7,4 cu hidroxid de sodiu 1M, adăugarea apei distilate până ce compoziţia finală conţine 1,5...10% colagen substanţă uscată, şi în final a agentului de reticulare, din care rezultă microcapsule sub formă de pulberi având dimensiuni de 2...30 μ m.
