Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a method for preparing ovotransferrin used as a biological product with immunogenic properties. According to the invention, the method consists in immunizing conventional egg-laying hens with a mixture of purified proteins prepared from inactivated bacterial bodies, inactivated viruses or inactivated fungi in admixture with an adjuvant, by intramuscular administration, and an immunomodulator by oral administration in admixture with the fodder, the inoculation with antigen being performed three times, at intervals of 14 days, after which the eggs are collected, the egg white is separated and diluted with deionized water in a ratio of 1:1, the pH is adjusted to 4.5...5, followed by successive precipitation with ammonium sulphate and citric acid, wherefrom there results ovotransferrin which is subjected to the dialysis in relation to a solution of NaCl 0.15 M or it is purified and concentrated by filtration.
Invenţia se referă la o metodă de obţinere a ovotransferinei utilizată ca produs biologic cu proprietăţi imunogene. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în imunizarea unor găini outoare convenţionale, cu un amestec de proteine purificate, preparate din corpi bacterieni inactivaţi, virusuri inactivate sau ciuperci inactivate, în amestec cu un adjuvant, prin administrare intramusculară, şi un imunomodulator, prin administrare orală în amestec cu furajul, inocularea cu antigen având loc de trei ori la un interval de 14 zile, după care se recoltează ouăle, se separă albuşurile, care se diluează 1:1 cu apă deionizată, se ajusteazăH la 4,5..5, se precipită succesiv cu sulfat de amoniu şi acid citric, din care rezultă ovotransferină care este supusă dializei faţă de o soluţie de NaCl 0,15 M, sau se purifică şi se concentrează prin filtrare. |
