Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to an ex vivo process for grafting stem cells in viable sections of cardiac tissue. According to the invention, the process consists in making a direct contact between human stem cells and a section of human cardiac tissue, for 24 h, in a minimum volume of culture medium, in a well obtained by perforating the bottom of a culture tray and fixing a lamella on the exterior side of the tray so that the bucket shows a depth equal to the thickness of the tray bottom and a surface with dimensions similar to those of the tissue section, covering the well with a glass lamella during growth for preventing evaporation and providing a wet atmosphere in the vicinity of the well, at the end of the growth period the cells incorporated into the cardiac tissue being analyzed in situ or isolated for evaluating viability, grafting and in signaling, differentiating or angiogenesis studies.
