Invenţia se referă la o metodă de producere a ovotransferinei specifice OTF-M pentru un antigen ţintă cu aplicaţii în medicină. Metoda conform invenţiei constă în imunizarea găinilor ouătoare cu un antigen format dintr-un amestec de tulpini bacteriene rezistente la antibiotice, izolarea albuşului din ouăle care provin de la găinile imunizate, diluarea acestuia în raport de 1:1 cu apă deionizată, ajustareaH la 5, precipitarea în două etape cu sulfat de amoniu şi acid citric, urmată de dializă şi liofilizare. |
