Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a device meant to be employed in orthopedic surgery for accurately positioning and guiding, by X-ray viewing, a trocar and a drill needed for making holes into the bone, in order to fix, by cortical screws, an intramedullary nail implanted into the medullary canal of the broken bone. According to the invention, the device comprises a component (A) containing some bodies (1, 2 and 3), namely a radio transparent plate, a guiding plate and a fixing plate, and some fixing bodies (4, 5), where the radio transparent plate body (1) is provided with a rectangular cross-section (a) and is confined upwards by a portion (b) with a plane surface ( c), having some through cylindrical holes (d and e) of different diameters and downwards with a portion (f) with a plane surface (g) parallel to the said plane surface ( c) while being laterally confined on the entire perimeter by another plane surface (h), this body being made of a material which can be viewed with X rays, the guiding plate body (2) being externally provided with a cylindrical portion (i) having a smooth surface (j) and internally with a cylindrical through hole (k) confined by a smooth surface (l) and the fixing plate body (3) being provided with a portion (m) having a rectangular cross-section, at the top part of which a blind channel (n) of rectangular cross-section is cut and provided with some cylindrical through holes (o) confined by a threaded surface (p), continued by a portion (q) arranged under an angle of 90° as against the mentioned portion (m), having a rectangular cross-section, confined by some parallel plane surfaces (r and s) and some inclined surfaces (t and u), wherein a semi-cylindrical through hole (v) is cut, confined by a smooth surface (x), the first of the fixing bodies (4 and 5) being externally provided with a cylindrical portion (y).
Invenţia se referă la un dispozitiv care este utilizat în chirurgia ortopedică, pentru poziţionarea şi ghidarea cu precizie, prin vizualizarea cu raze X, a unui trocar şi burghiu necesare pentru realizarea găurilor în os pentru fixarea, cu şuruburi corticale, a unei tije intramedulare, implantate în canalul medular al osului fracturat.
