As claimed by the invention, the process consists of the hydrolysis reaction of the ethyl esters of the para-chloro-ortho-sulphonamide-phenoxyacetic acid in a basic medium, at an ester : NaOH molar ratio of 1 : 2.5 at reflux, for 1 h. Invenţia se referă la derivaţi ai acidului para-clor-orto-sulfonamido-fenoxiacetic şi la un procedeu pentru prepararea acestora, utilizaţi ca stimulatori de creştere la plante. Derivaţii conform invenţiei sunt acidul 2[(4"-metil-piperidino)-sulfonil]-4-clor-fenoxi acetic şi acidul 2-(piperidino-sulfonil)-4-clor-fenoxi acetic. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din reacţia de hidroliză a esterilor etlici ai acidului para-clor-orto-sulfonamido-fenoxiacetic în mediu bazic, la un raport molar între ester:NaOH de 1:2,5 la reflux, timp de 1 h.
