Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor compozite biodegradabile, cu matrice pe bază de material proteic şi ranfort textil din ţesătură obţinută din fire naturale liberiene, procedeul fiind folosit în industria textilă. Procedeul conform invenţiei începe cu pregătirea matricei biodegradabile din 100 părţi de material proteic pe bază de clei de oase, 10 părţi glicerină ca plastifiant, 4 părţi de răşină aceton-formaldehidică şi 150 părţi de apă, amestecul încălzindu-se pe baie de apă la o temperatură de maximum 60...65°C, după care se pregăteşte ranfortul textil prin suprapunerea a patru straturi de armare 100% din in, din fire de urzeală Nm 5/2 şi fire de bătătură Nm 5, cu desimea în urzeală de 72 fire/10 cm, şi desimea în bătătură de 62 fire/10 cm, astfel încât dispunerea ţesăturii pe direcţia urzelii, respectiv, a bătăturii să alterneze, între fiecare strat de armare introducându-se câte un strat din matricea de material proteic pregătită iniţial.
