description | The invention relates to a portable system for measuring and analyzing the wheel tread profiles for railway vehicles, used for verifying the wear thereof in stationary conditions by means of a computer and a specialized software comparing the graphic representation of the measured profile with a corresponding theoretical profile. According to the invention, the system scans the tread profile by means of a laser sensor (6) mounted on a slide (4) which moves along a ledge (3), a metal support (2), on which there is mounted the scanning device, is fixed on the wheel or on a rim (8) by means of a pressure screw (9), two identical cylindrical rollers (10) of the metal support (2), ensure the orientation of the laser ray of sensor (6) along the radius of curvature of the wheel (8), the slide (4) on which the sensor (6) is mounted being driven by an electric motor (5) by means of a high precision worm screw.
Invenţia se referă la un sistem portabil de măsură şi analiză a profilurilor de rulare a roţilor vehiculelor feroviare, utilizat pentru verificarea stării de uzură a acestora în condiţii de staţionare, cu ajutorul unui computer şi al unui soft specializat, care compară reprezentarea grafică a profilului măsurat cu profilul teoretic corespunzător. Sistemul conform invenţiei scanează profilul de rulare cu ajutorul unui senzor (6) laser, montat pe o sanie (4) care se deplasează în lungul unei riglete (3), un suport (2) metalic, pe care este montat dispozitivul de scanare, este fixat pe roată sau pe un bandaj (8) prin intermediul unui şurub (9) de presiune, două role (10) cilindrice identice ale suportului (2) metalic asigură orientarea razei laser a senzorului (6) în lungul razei de curbură a roţii (8), antrenarea saniei (4) pe care este montat senzorul (6) realizându-se cu ajutorul unui motor (5) electric, prin intermediul unui şurub melc de mare precizie. |
