description | The invention relates to a porphyrinic compound intended for photosensitisation diagnosis and to a process for the synthesis thereof. According to the invention, the compound has the following chemical structure: 5-(4-acetoxy-3-methoxy-phenyl)-10,15,20-tris-(4-carboxymethylphenyl)-21,23-H porphyrin. The process for preparing the porphyrinic compound includes the stage of reaction of 4-acetoxy-3-methoxybenzaldehyde, 4-acetoxybenzaldehyde and pyrrole on a neutral silica gel support, followed by the extraction of the useful product from the reaction mixture by dissolving it into a dichloro-methane/ethyl ether mixture in a ratio of 50:1 (v/v), filtration at normal pressure and purification of the asymmetrical porphyrinic compound by column chromatography.
Prezenta invenţie se referă la un compus porfirinic, destinat diagnozei prin fotosensibilizare, şi la un procedeu de sintetizare a acestuia. Compusul conform invenţiei are structura chimică 5-(4-acetoxi-3-metoxifenil)-10, 15, 20-tris-(4-carboximetilfenil)-21, 23-H porfină. Procedeul de obţinere a compusului porfirinic include etapa de reacţie dintre 4-acetoxi-3-metoxibenzaldehidă, 4-acetoxibenzaldehidă şi pirol pe suport de silicagel neutru, urmată de extracţia produsului util din amestecul de reacţie, prin dizolvare într-un amestec diclormetan/eter etilic în raport de 50 : 1 (v/v), filtrare la presiune normală şi purificarea compusului porfirinic asimetric, prin cromatografie pe coloană. |
