Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a chassis for off-road vehicles made of flat sheet metal and to a process for carrying out the same, the chassis having a plane arrangement, where h = 0 or a spatial arrangement where h ≠ 0 in the vertical plane, depending on the vehicle characteristics. According to the invention, the chassis comprises a left girder (1), a right girder (2) and various cross-bars (3), each girder having two covers (4) and two side members (5), either welded or assembled by riveted plates (6), so as to form a rectangular tubular structure inside of which there can be placed the wiring (7), the piping (8) and the final part of the exhaust installation (12), after which the inside of said structure is filled with polyurethane foam (9). The process claimed by the invention starts by cutting the side members (5) and covers (4) with a numerically-controlled tool with water jet, laser or plasma, simultaneously with making all the holes required for riveting, the holes (11) for the fastening bushings and for passing the wiring (7), the piping (8) and the final part of the exhaust installation (12), bending the semiproduct with a program-controlled machine in order to obtain the final outline given by the h≠ 0 size and corrosion-protecting it by filling with polyurethane foam (9), followed by assembling the covers (4) and side members (5) by riveting or welding.
Invenţia se referă la un şasiu pentru automobilele de teren, construit din tablă plană, şi la un procedeu de realizare a acestuia, şasiul având o dispunere plană cu h = 0 sau spaţială cu h ≠ 0 în plan vertical, în funcţie de specificul autovehicolului. Şasiul conform invenţiei se compune dintr-un lonjeron (1) stâng, un lonjeron (2) drept şi mai multe traverse (3), fiecare lonjeron având câte două capace (4) şi două laterale (5) asamblate prin sudare sau cu eclise (6), nituite astfel încât să formeaze o structură tubulară rectangulară, prin interiorul căreia pot fi amplasate cablajele (7), conductele (8) şi partea finală a instalaţiei (12) de evacuare, după care interiorul lonjeroanelor este umplut cu spumă (9) poliuretanică. Procedeul conform invenţiei începe cu debitarea lateralelor (5) şi a capacelor (4) pe o maşină cu comandă numerică cu jet de apă, laser sau plasmă, concomitent cu realizarea tuturor găurilor necesare asamblării prin nituire, se perforează găurile (11) pentru bucşele de fixare şi găurile pentru trecerea cablajelor (7), a conductelor (8) şi pentru partea finală a instalaţiei (12) |
