Articolele conform invenţiei constau din cauciucuri vulcanizabile, elemente de ranforsare şi suprafaţe active de tip poliuretan termoplastic. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă din încălzirea unei folii de poliuretan termoplastic la o temperatură de 130...150°C, după care se tratatează succesiv, cu o soluţie 15% cauciuc în N-metil pirolidonă, apoi cu o soluţie 5% poliuretan termoplastic în N-metil-pirolidonă, şi cu un agent de aderenţă, folia astfel tratată se maturează rolată în folie de polietilenă, după care se dublează pe un calandru cu un amestec de cauciuc vulcanizabil, apoi se foloseşte pentru confecţionarea unor articole tehnice care se vulcanizează la o temperatură de 145...148°C, timp de 20...50 min, la o presiune de 80...150 at. |
