Monumentul conform invenţiei este constituit dintr-o cruce (A) realizată din tablă inoxidabilă, montată pe un suport (B), prin intermediul unor şuruburi (1) de fixare, crucea (A) fiind formată din doi pereţi (2 şi 3) faţă şi, respectiv, spate, un perete (4) distanţier, circular, o placă (5) de bază şi o plăcuţă (6) distanţier plasată între cei doi pereţi (2 şi 3) faţă şi spate, toate elementele fiind fixate între ele prin sudare, suportul (B) fiind format dintr-un perete (7) inscripţionabil, pe suprafaţa căruia sunt dispuse două suprafeţe (a şi b) de inscripţionare şi foto, un perete (8) spate, simetric, un distanţier (9) lateral circular şi o placă (10) de fixare montată în beton sau mozaic, prin intermediul unor şuruburi (11).
