Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process and a collecting head for emptying submerged tanks containing fluids. According to the invention, the process consists in equipping an intervention ship with a pump with variable flow rate for the working liquid, a compressed air compressor, a system for communicating with the operator diver, some pipes for collecting the collected fluid and some basins for storing the same, the collecting head may be transported completely assembled and mounted on the lateral or upper wall, by welding the base flange or by clamping with expansion screws. According to the invention, the collecting head for performing the process consists of a cylindrical body (1), provided at the base with a flange (20), which is welded to the tank wall at the upper or lateral side, and on a cover flange (12) there is mounted a hydraulic engine (3) which actuates a threaded axle (6) which has at the bottom end a frontal mill (18) which perforates the tank wall, when starting the engine (3), the diver pulling a rope (27) for creating the advance motion of the frontal mill (18), and by changing the rotation sense of the engine (3) and the actuation of the rod (27), the axle (6) together with the mill (18) rises above a vane valve (22), which it closes tightly, by manual pushing, in the end there may be dismounted a flange (13) together with the entire actuating mechanism, instead thereof there being mounted a pipe (23) for taking over through a flange (23'), simultaneously with the total opening of the vane valve (22), by means of some taps (21) there being introduced a thermal agent for fluidizing the fluid from the tank, simultaneously with the aspiration thereof through a tap (25). |
