Compoziţia conform invenţiei este constituită, în părţi de greutate, din 90...100 părţi cauciuc uzat granule, 1...2,2 părţi păcură, 0,6...1,1 părţi disulfuri de dixilil, 10...25 părţi şrot de floarea soarelui sau rapiţă. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în tratarea granulelor de cauciuc uzat în amestec cu celelalte ingrediente la o temperatură de 220...250°C, timp de 60...120 min cu abur la o presiune de 25...40 atm, după care urmează o regenerare prin rafinări repatate, din care rezultă o compoziţie de cauciuc cu o rezistenţă la rupere de minimum 40 daN/cmp. |
