ECO-FRIENDLY LUBRICATING COMPOSITION FOR INDUSTRIAL APPLICATIONS, MADE OF REGENERABLE STARTING MATERIALS

The invention relates to a lubricating composition for equipments working at pressures of 2500 N at the most and a temperature of the oil mass of 100°C at the most. According to the invention, the composition is based on a mixture of vegetable oil and mineral oil additivated with 1.5...5.5% multifunction packet additive having a content of 4.5...50% sulphur, 1...10% phosphorus and possibly 1...10% zinc, 0.08% nitrogen, 0.2...0.8% depressant, possibly 0.2...3% hydrocarbons sulphur-treated with 36...40% sulphur and 50...200 ppm of siloxane polymer, the percentage being expressed by weight. Invenţia se referă la o compoziţie lubrifiantă utilizată pentru echipamente care funcţionează la o presiune de maximum 2500 N şi la o temperatură în masa de ulei de maximum 100°C. Compoziţia conform invenţiei este pe bază de amestec de ulei vegetal şi ulei mineral aditivat cu 1,5...5,5% aditiv pachet multifincţional, având un conţinut de 4,5...50% sulf, 1...10% fosfor, eventual 1...10% zinc, 0,08% azot, 0,2...0,8% aditiv depresant, eventual 0,2...3% hidrocarburi sulfurizate cu 36...40% sulf şi 50...200 ppm polimer siloxanic, procentele fiind exprimate în greutate.
