The modular element for constructions has a parallelepipedal body comprising an upper face, a lower face and four side faces which extend vertically between the upper and the lower face, the said body having inside at least two slanting channels (5) between which there is provided at least one vertical channel (4) joining the upper face and the lower face of the body, the above mentioned channels communicating as to form at least one main semi-bridge (2), the modular element being also provided with elements (6) for joining with another modular element characterized in that said slanting channels (5) are extended from the medial zone of at least the upper face of the body to the lower edges of the side faces of the body, thereby forming the secondary semi-joints (3). Invenţia se referă la nişte elemente modulare din material izolant pentru construcţii, la o reţea obţinută prin asamblarea elementelor modulare, la o structură de rezistenţă obţinută prin turnarea unui material ce se întăreşte în reţeaua formată prin asamblarea elementelor modulare, la o construcţie obţinută prin asamblarea elementelor modulare şi unirea lor prin structura de rezistenţă, precum şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestei construcţii. Elementul modular pentru construcţii are un corp de formă paralelipipedică, ce cuprinde o faţă superioară, o faţă inferioară şi patru feţe laterale ce se extind vertical între feţele superioară şi inferioară, corpul menţionat cuprinzând la interior cel puţin două canale oblice (5), între care este prevăzut cel puţin un canal vertical (4), ce uneşte feţele superioară şi inferioară ale corpului, canalele menţionate comunicând între ele pentru a forma cel puţin un semipod principal (2), elementul modular fiind prevăzut şi cu elemente de îmbinare (6) cu un alt element modular, caracterizat prin aceea că respectivele canale oblice (5) se extind din zona mediană cel puţin a feţei superioare a corpului către muchiile inferioare ale feţelor laterale ale corpului, formând seminodurile secundare (3).
