Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to Fe-Cu containing composites and to a process for obtaining the same, the composites being meant to carry out anisotropic magnets used for magnetic circuits with permanent magnets. The Fe-Cu composites claimed by the invention consist of 2 - 4 g of technical grade iron with 99.98% purity, 11 - 16 g electrolytic copper of 99.99% purity, 0.3 - 0.4 g electrolytic nickel of 99.99% purity, ferro-boron in a ratio of 20% by mass boron and 80% by mass iron. According to the invention, the process comprises a first stage in which there are prepared the precursory strips with the chemical composition FexCu100-x, x= 20 - 80, or with iron substitutions with boron: Fe19Cu 89B1, and of copper with nickel, respectively: Fe20Cu78Ni2, by ultrarapid solidification, by casting on a rotary drum, with a linear speed of the rotary drum equal to 30 -35 m/s, and a second stage, wherein the precursory strips of FexCu100-x are subjected to a thermo-magnetic treatment, carried out within the temperature range of 700 - 750A C, for 0.5 -15 h, in the presence of the outer magnetic field with an intensity of 2 k omega e. Invenţia se referă la compozite pe bază de Fe-Cu şi la un procedeu de obţinere a acestora, compozitele fiind destinate realizării de magneţi anizotropi, folosiţi în cadrul unor circuite magnetice cu magneţi permanenţi. Compozitele Fe-Cu, conform invenţiei, sunt constituite din 2-4 g fier pur tehnic, de puritate 99,98%, 11-16 g cupru electrolitic, de puritate 99,99%, 0,3-0,4 g nichel electrolitic, de puritate 99,99%, fero-bor în compoziţie 20% masice bor, 80% masic fier. Procedeul conform invenţiei cuprinde o primă treaptă în care se prepară benzile precursoare, cu compoziţia chimică FexCu100-x, x = 20-80, sau cu substituţii ale fierului cu bor: Fe19Cu89B1, respectiv, ale cuprului cu nichel: Fe20Cu78Ni2, prin solidificarea ultrarapidă, prin turnare pe tambur rotitor, cu o viteză liniară a tamburului rotitor egală cu 30-35 m/s, şi o a doua treaptă, în care benzile FexCu100-x precursoare sunt supuse unui tratament termomagnetic, realizat în intervalul de temperatură 700-750°C, timp de 0,5-15 h, în prezenţa câmpului magnetic exterior cu intensitate de 2 kOe.
