Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a esterilor metilici ai acizilor graşi, utilizaţi drept combustibili pentru motoare diesel, solvenţi ecologici sau intermediari, pentru substanţe tensioactive. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în aceeacă materiile grase, de tipul uleiurilor vegetale sau al grăsimilor animale, se tratează cu o soluţie metanolică de hidroxid alcalin, la temperaturi de 15...50°C, timp de 30...60 min, după care se separă glicerina brută de esterii metilici ai acizilor graşi şi aceştia din urmă se purifică prin extracţie cu solvent, la temperaturi de 15...40°C, cu obţinerea, cu randament ridicat, a unui produs cu puritate avansată. |
