Invenţia se referă la un procedeu pentru realizarea benzilor de transport cu inserţie din cord oţel, cu protecţie împotriva sfâşierilor accidentale, care intră în componenţa transportoarelor de mare capacitate, din industria minieră. Procedeul conform invenţiei constă în introducerea în structura benzii transportoare, în faza de calandrare a carcasei, perpendicular pe axa longitudinală a acesteia, a unor toroane flexibile din oţel, zincate sau alămite, având diametrul de 1,5...3,2 mm, pe care este depus un strat de cauciuc autoaderent, cu grosimea de 1...2 mm şi având aceeaşi compoziţie ca şi cel din care este confecţionată carcasa, toroanele fiind debitate mecanic sau manual, la lungimi egale cu distanţa dintre primul şi ultimul cablu de oţel, al carcasei metalice. |
