The tips (1 and 2) are machined up to the rail web, according to the dimension (a), and in the vertical plane, according to the dimension (b), depending on the height of the rail type, so that the tip (1) allows to be joined to the tip (2) along a certain portion, depending on the frog geometry (the type of the normal rail, the tangent of the frog angle, the radius of the curvature), further on, the web of the tip (2) continuing under the crown of the tip (1), it being attached thereto up to the end.
Inima simplă este destinată aparatului de cale, se montează în cuprinsul acestuia şi permite trecerea materialului rulant de pe o linie pe alta, la acelaşi nivel. Inima simplă este realizată cu vârfuri din şine normale. Aceasta se compune din nişte vârfuri (1 şi 2) care se asamblează rigid cu nişte aripi (3) din şine normale, prin intermediul unor pene (4) distanţiere, al unor adaosuri (5) drepte sau înclinate, al unor şuruburi (6) orizontale cu cap pătrat, al unor inele (7) resort şi al unor piuliţe (8). Elementele menţionate, astfel asamblate, se aşază pe nişte plăci (9) cu reborduri şi se fixează de acestea, prin intermediul unor şuruburi (10), al unor cleşti (11), al unor inele (12) resort şi al unor piuliţe (13) hexagonale. Vârfurile (1 şi 2) sunt prelucrate până la inima şinei, conform dimensiunii (a), iar pe verticală, funcţie de înălţimea tipului de şină, conform dimensiunii (b), încât vârful (1) permite lipirea cu vârful (2), pe o anumită porţiune, care este dată de geometria inimii (tipul şinei normale, tangenta unghiului inimii, raza curbei), după care inima vârfului (2) se continuă pe sub coroana vârfului (1), fiind lipit de inima acestuia până la capăt. ŕ |
