Invenţia se referă la o instalaţie pentru presare continuă sub acţiunea căldurii, utilizată la vulcanizarea benzilor de cauciuc. Instalaţia conform invenţiei cuprinde un motor (5) de curent alternativ, a cărui turaţie este controlată de un convertizor (6) de frecvenţă, mişcarea de rotaţie fiind transmisă prin intermediul unei benzi transportoare-presoare (4) fără sfârşit, emulsionată, la nişte tambure (2 şi 3) de întindere şi la un tambur (8) de vulcanizare care preia un material (9) supus vulcanizării de pe o pânză (10) pentru transport, pânză care se rulează pe un tambur (12), temperatura tamburului (8) de vulcanizare fiind urmărită de un sistem automat alcătuit dintr-un senzor de temperatură (13), un modul de comandă (14) care monitorizează convertizorul (6) de frecvenţă, asigurând o corelare eficientă a parametrilor de vulcanizare cu turaţia motorului (5), iar o perie (18) cu mişcare de rotaţie şi translaţie alternative pe suprafaţa tamburului de vulcanizare (8) asigură o suprafaţă de bună calitate a produsului finit. |
