Zusammenfassung:The invention relates to a process for metal coating cotton fabrics consisting in roughening with alkaline solution comprising 550 g/l ethylene glycol and 60 g/ l sodium hydroxide, neutralizing, sensitizing with a solution containing hydrazine hydrate, chemically activating, chemically metal coating, the copper coating solution containing a mixture of fixing salt and sodium tellurate and electrochemically metal coating in known per se conditions. Optimal adherence characteristics of the metal layer coated on the non conductive support, the increase of the duration of using the sensitizing solution and also the improvement of electromagnetic radiation shielding properties. Inventia se refera la un procedeu de metalizare a tesaturilor din bumbac, constand in asperizare cu o solutie alcalina ce contine 550 g/l etilenglicol si 60 g/l hidroxid de sodiu, neutralizare, sensibilizare cu solutie care contine si hidrat de hidrazina, activare chimica, metalizare chimica, in solutia de cuprare fiind prezent un amestec de tiosulfat de sodiu si telurat de sodiu si metalizare electrochimica, in conditii in sine cunoscute. Se asigura caracteristici optime de aderenta a stratului metalic depus pe suportul neconductor, marirea duratei de utilizare a solutiei de sensibilizare, precum si imbunatatirea proprietatii de ecranare a radiatiilor electromagnetice.
