Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to a process for metal coating polyamide fabrics consisting in roughening with an alkaline solution of ethylene glycol, comprising 20 g/ l NaOH and 500 g/ l ethylene glycol, neutralizing, sensitizing with hydrazine hydrate, chemically activating, chemically copper coating with a solution stabilized with a mixture of fixing salt and sodium tellurate over the chemically coated layer electrochemically coating a second layer of copper and finally electrochemically coating a nickel layer. Optimal adherence characteristics of the metal layer, coated on the non-conductive support, the increase of the duration of using the sensitizing solution, and also the improvement of electromagnetic radiation shielding properties are ensured.
Inventia se refera la un procedeu de metalizare a tesaturilor din poliamida, constand in asperizare cu o solutie alcalina de etilenglicol, continand 20 g/l NaOH si 500 g/l etilenglicol, neutralizare, sensibilizare cu hidrat de hidrazina, activare chimica, metalizare chimica prin cuprare dintr-o solutie stabilizata cu amestecuri de tiosulfat de sodiu si telurat de sodiu, peste stratul depus chimic, depunandu-se electrochimic un al doilea strat de cupru si in final, prin depunere electrochimica, un strat de nichel. Se asigura caracteristici optime de aderenta a stratului metalic, depus pe suportul neconductor, marirea duratei de utilizare a solutiei de sensibilizare, precum si imbunatatirea proprietatii de ecranare a radiatiilor electromagnetice. |
