Inventia se refera la o compozitie de cauciuc cu continut de cauciuc etilen-propilenic, utilizata pentru obtinerea de benzi transportoare rezistente la temperatura, si consta in aceea ca este constituita din 100 parti polimeri formati din 70...100 parti cauciuc etilenpropilenic, pana la 30 parti cauciuc butilic, pana la 30 parti cauciuc clorbutilic, pana la 30 parti cauciuc poliizobutilic si pana la 90 parti aditivi formati din 30...100 parti negru de fum activ de tip HAF, pana la 80 parti sarje albe, alese dintre talc, creta, caolin si/sau calcit, pana la 60 parti ulei mediu aromatic, pana la 60 parti ulei parafinic, partile fiind exprimate in greutate. La aceasta compozitie, se adauga aditivi si agenti de vulcanizare cunoscuti in domeniu. In stare vulcanizata, amestecul de cauciuc are o rezistenta la rupere de minimum 12,5 N/mm2, o alungire la rupere de minimum 300% si o rezistenta la abraziune de maximum 200 mm3. |
