Invenţia se referă la un procedeu de obţinere a unor produse cristalizate, rezistente la uzură şi agenţi chimici, utilizate la placarea bazinelor în industria chimică, minieră şi alimentară, având o compoziţie oxidică, alcătuită din 42...55% SiO, 9...18% AlO, 0,2...0,4 TiO, 5,5...8,64% FeO; 13,4...24,10% CaO; 6,54...8,64% MgO; 1,1...1,5% oxizi alcalini. Procedeul constă în topirea la temperatura de 1450°C a unui amestec constituit din cenuşă sau zgură de termocentrală, dolomit, marmură şi nisip. Se presează topitura de sticlă în matriţe metalice adecvate, se recoace produsul la temperatura de 700°C, apoi se cristalizează în două etape, prima la temperatura de 750°C, timp de 1 h, şi a doua, la temperatura de 1100°C, timp de 2 h, ulterior răcindu-se cu o viteză de 40°C/h, timp de20 h.
