Inventia se refera la un procedeu de activare si reactivare a umpluturilor ordonate, confectionate din plasa metalica de bronz fosforos, utilizate la coloanele de distilare. Procedeul conform inventiei cuprinde urmatoarele etape: degresarea umpluturii printr-o spalare cu un amestec de acetona - alcool etilic - toluen, de la varful coloanei spre baza, timp de 3 h, dupa care urmeaza o spalare cu apa demineralizata; de jos in sus, prin umplerea coloanei si tratarea chimica cu o solutie de apa oxigenata, ce se realizeaza prin imersarea umpluturii intr-o solutie de 8% apa oxigenata, si cu o circulatie continua a solutiei de jos in sus, pana cand continutul apei oxigenate in solutie scade sub 0,1%, dupa care urmeaza o spalare descendenta cu apademineralizata, toate operatiile realizandu-se direct in coloanele de distilare. |
