The treatment emulsion with 10-18% surfactant content, remains stable for at least five days. The emulsion is based on a 0.91-0.52 g/cm3 concentrate contg. 12-14C fatty alcohols 28.8-32.5 stearin 7.7-15, nonyl phenol phosphate sodium salt 10-12.5 and opt. 7.3-6.9% of stearin ethoxylated with 18-20 moles of OE, 46-40% of paraffinic mineral oil, and antiseptic.
