Zusammenfassung:	Device for grabbing, positioning and manipulating of parallelipipedic objects such as wood semiproducts whose innovative feature consists of the grabbing subassembly, equipped with a storing magazine that transfers the semiproducts (carried by a conveyor chain) to a gravity positioning subassembly allowing the semiproducts to fall on inclined planes and to pile due to an adjustable wall. Afterwards, the semiproducts are taken over by a conveyor chain, which maintains their longitudinal positioning, and are transferred to an accelerating conveyor.
