Zusammenfassung:Use of betamanosilglycerate and manosilglyceramide hyper solutes in the hybridization of micro-arrays of deoxyribonucleic acid and ribonucleic acid. Betamanosilglycerate is a composition derived from mannose which has been detected in a considerable number of thermophile and hyperthermophile micro-organisms. The two hyper solutes are used to establish the double helix of deoxyribonucleic acid. The use of the two compositions also has a positive effect in the efficiency of hybridization in the protocols of micro-arrays and in the stabilization in vitro of the structures of double helix of the two nucleic acids.
