The electrode-producing step has a boring step of forming a plurality of through-holes penetrating a power collection foil and having projected parts projected from at least a rear surface of the power collection foil and a mixed agent-forming step of forming a mixed agent layer on the power collection foil through which the through-holes have been formed. After the boring step finishes, the mixed agent-forming step is successively performed without winding the power collection foil through which the through-holes have been formed.
