Zusammenfassung: | The present utility model relates to a process of producing dried splitted hasahasa treated with indian mango and batwan that would yield high load of nutritional elements to thereby address health enhancing requirements. The process of producing a nutritious food product generally comprises the steps of: a. securing a predetermined quantity of hasahasa (Rastrelliger brachysoma) fish; b. washing hasahasa fish with clean water; c. removing the gills and internal organs of the fish; d. cleaning the fish by brushing off the blood along their dorsal fins; e. splitting the cleaned fish; f. washing again the splitted fish; g. draining the washed splitted fish; h. soaking the drained fish in a brine solution; i. draining the brine-soaked splitted fish; j. rinsing the drained splitted fish; k. draining the splitted fish; l. soaking the drained splitted fish in a container filled with a mixture of blended indian mango and batwan; m. mixing the mechanically the splitted fish with the mixture for even distribution and absorption; n. draining the soaked splitted fish; o. drying the drained splitted fish; and p.cooling down the dried splitted fish; wherein drying is done by sun drying; wherein drying is done in an oven and including the step of packing in a packing material. |
