Zusammenfassung:	This utility model provides a framework for using peltier modules (thermo-electric cooler) as an alternative source of electricity. The thermo-electric charger is comprised of a body, a liquid container fixedly attached on one end of said body, a plurality of peltier modules with electrical wirings fixedly attached at the end of said liquid container, a second liquid container removably attached on said body and plurality of peltier modules, a battery compartment fixedly attached on another end of said body, a cover rotatably connected on said battery compartment, a threaded hole on one side of said battery compartment, a screw rotatably connected to said threaded hole, and a larger hole at the lower part of said battery compartment. A boost converter attached to said electrical wirings, and located at the battery compartment, and a powerbank connected on said boost converter with a usb cable.
