Disclosed is a method of preparing cookie enriched with kangkong Ipomoea aquatica for enhancing the color, flavor, odor and texture of a drop cookie product containing cake flour, yeast, sugar, egg, shortening and kangkong puree, in the composition comprises together with uses thereof.
