Zusammenfassung:	A simple but effective process of extracting by-products from waste calamansi materials that uses water as catalyst is disclosed. The mixture is being heated on a pressure of 25 psi at 45 minutes saturation on a pressure cooker with distiller designed for such purpose. The produced oils and hydrosols is being extracted on the outlet port of the pressurized cooker to a distiller and being separated using decanter and funnel separator. The left sediments in the distiller is then being collected.
