description This study introduces one of the primary problems of the country which is the electrical emergency crisis especially during power outbreak or stoppage. Researchers innovate a product that helps to conserve electricity that tends to give reusable electric light and operate at four longer days of used and the significant relationship of selected variables, corresponding to the profiles of respondents and their perception to the product. Respondents sampling will garner from the population of Barangay Talipapa, Quezon City. The researcher sought to identify the relationship of respondents and their perception to the product using purposive method that employed the survey sampling technique. Survey-questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who provided the data for analysis and interpretation. In order to obtain and interpret the data essential in satisfying the general aim of the study, the method of frequency, percentage, ranking, chi-square, regression and Kano analysis was utilized to analyze the data presented in tabular form.
