The researcher sought to identify the relationship of respondents and their perception to the product using purposive method that employed the survey sampling technique. Survey-questionnaires were distributed to the respondents who provided the data for analysis and interpretation. In order to obtain and interpret the data essential in satisfying the general aim of the study, the method of frequency, percentage, ranking, chi-square, regression and Kano analysis was utilized to analyze the data presented in tabular form. |
