Zusammenfassung:	A patient interface for sealed delivery of a flow of air at a continuously positive pressure with respect to ambient air pressure to an entrance to a patient's airways, comprising a plenum chamber formed from a first piece of thermoformed textile material (3200) and comprising a connection port (not numbered) configured to be connected to an air delivery tube. The interface also comprises a seal-forming structure formed from a second piece of thermoformed textile material (3100) having a pair of nasal holes (3101) configured to direct the flow of air to the patient's nares and an oral hole configured to direct the flow of air to the patient's mouth, wherein the second piece of thermoformed material is welded to the first piece of thermoformed material. The seal forming structure is configured to, in use, seal around the patient's nose below the bridge of the patient's nose, and around the patient's mouth.
