Zusammenfassung:	A drawer (1) that can be adjusted to account for skew is disclosed. The draw can be displaced relative to the furniture via a pull-out guide (6, 7, 8), from a position within the furniture into a pulled-out position. The drawer (1) has on each opposite side a gearwheel (10) which meshes with a rack (30) secured to the basic furniture structure. The gearwheels (10) are coupled together (40) so when one turns so does the other as they guide the opening of the draw (1). The racks (30) can be extended in length in each case via a pivotable lever (11) which can be disengaged from the meshing gearwheel (10) in order for it to be possible to correct for a skewed positioning of the drawer. This ensures that the drawer is guided by the gearwheels over its entire displacement path.
