CHLORINE DIOXIDE SOLUTION DISINFECTANT USED FOR PREVENTION AND CONTROL OF AFRICAN SWINE FEVER AND USABLE IN PRESENCE OF LIVESTOCK, PREPARATION METHOD AND USE THEREOF

Disclosed are a chlorine dioxide solution disinfectant used for African swine fever prevention and control and usable in presence of livestock, a preparation method and use 5 thereof. The chlorine dioxide solution disinfectant comprises components present in the following amounts: chlorine dioxide, 100-2000 mg/L, a stabilizer, l%-10% by mass percentage, and a solvent that is Reverses osmosis (R0) water. The preparation method of the disinfectant comprises: 1) preparation of chlorine dioxide gas: dissolving NaC102 in R0 water, and subjecting the dissolved NaC102 to a reaction in presence of a mixed activator in a high-purity 10 chlorine dioxide generator to generate chlorine dioxide gas, and 2) preparation of a chlorine dioxide solution: dissolving a stabilizer in R0 water, and then introducing the chlorine dioxide gas into the R0 water containing the stabilizer so as to be absorbed, obtaining the chlorine dioxide solution disinfectant. The disinfectant can be used in African swine fever prevention and control, and for disinfection of not only livestock and poultry breeding environments but 15 also feed, drinking water and animal body surfaces. The disinfectant is environmentally friendly, highly efficient, cheap, free of residue, highly effective when used for disinfection, and is convenient to transport.
