Zusammenfassung:	A handle knob (33) for a fishing reel is mounted on a knob shaft (32) to be rotatable about an axis (03) of the knob shaft (32), and is fixed to an operation body rotatably combined with a reel body (2). The handle knob (33) includes an inner knob ( I 00), an outer knob (110) integrally formed therewith, and bearings ( 120) having an inner ring (123) fitted to the outer surface of the knob shaft (32) and an outer ring (124) fitted to the inner surface of the inner knob ( I 00), and that rotatably support the inner knob (100) on the knob shaft (32) about the axis (03). The inner knob (100) includes a bearing surface ( 103) with which the outer ring ( 124) contacts, and the bearing surface (103) including a through-hole having an opening in the bearing surface (103) while penetrating the inner knob (100) in a radial direction and through which an insertion portion of the outer knob (110) is inserted.
