Zusammenfassung: | The invention relates to the production of decorative facing materials using a glass-pelletizer and refractory filler. The inventive method for a continuous production of decorative facing slabs consists in loading of basic materials into casting-moulds which are placed on an open heat-insulated palette, and in thermal treatment in a furnace at a temperature ranging from 900 DEG C to 950 DEG C. After the thermal treatment, the palette with the moulds is taken out and conditioned at an ambient temperature during 80-90 sec accompanied by cooling the surface of the slabs to a temperature ranging from 600 DEG C to 634 DEG C. Afterwards, the slabs are placed in a heat-insulated closed space having a thermal resistance of walls which makes it possible to cool the surface of the slab to a temperature ranging from 100 DEG C to 140 DEG C with an average cooling rate ranging from 0.016 to 0.020 degrees/sec.
La invencion se refiere a la produccion de materiales de revestimiento decorativo utilizando un peletizado de vidrio y relleno refractario. El metodo de la invencion para una produccion continua de las losas de revestimiento decorativo consiste en cargar de materiales basicos en moldes de fundicion que se colocan en una plataforma termo-aislada abierta y un tratamiento termico en un horno a una temperatura que varia de 900°C a 950°C. Despues del tratamiento termico, la plataforma con los moldes se saca y se acondicionan a la temperatura ambiente durante 80-90 segundos acompanada por el enfriamiento de la superficie de las losas a una temperatura que varia de 600°C a 634°C. Despues las losas se colocan en un espacio termo-aislante cerrado que tiene una resistencia termica de las paredes que hace posible enfriar la superficie de la losa a una temperatura que varia de 100°C a 140°C con una tasa promedio de enfriamiento que varia de 0.016 a 0.020 grados/segundo. |
