La presente invencion se refiere a un antagonista de la histamina H2 incompatible con los materiales acidos, que es incorporado en una composicion efervescente y es estable en la misma siempre que el acidulante empleado en el par efervescente sea un acidulante que no contiene un grupo hidroxi y tal acidulante es empleado como substancialmente la cantidad completa del acidulante presente en la formulacion. Preferentemente la composicion esta desprovista del acidulante que contiene el grupo hidroxi. El acido adipico, acido succinico, acido fumarico y anhidrido succinico pueden ser empleados como el acidulante. El acido adipico es preferido. |
