La presente invención se refiere a nuevos apósitos a base de oligosacáridos polisulfatados que presentan una liberación prologada de los principios activos. Se refiere igualmente a un procedimiento para su preparación, este procedimiento presenta una etapa de tratamiento de óxido de etileno. Se refiere igualmente a su utilización para el cuidado de las heridas y el tratamiento y/o la prevención de las cicatrices y estrías.
