Zusammenfassung: | Disclosed in the present invention is a non-oriented electrical steel plate with good magnetic performance. In addition to Fe and inevitable impurities, the non-oriented electrical steel plate further contains the following chemical elements, in percentages by mass: 0_C⿤0.0025%, Si: 0.2-1.6%, Mn: 0.2-0.6%, Al: 0.2-0.6%, V: 0.001-0.008%, N: 0.002-0.0045%, 0_Nb⿤0.003% and 0_Ti⿤0.003%. In addition, further disclosed in the present invention is a manufacturing method for the non-oriented electrical steel plate with good magnetic performance. The manufacturing method comprises the steps of: (1) smelting and casting; (2) hot rolling, wherein a steel coil is not subjected to normalizing annealing or cover annealing after hot rolling, but directly enters the next step; (3) acid pickling; (4) cold rolling; and (5) finished product annealing: rapidly heating the cold-rolled steel plate to a target soaking temperature from room temperature at a heating rate of 80-1000ºC/s. The non-oriented electrical steel plate of the present invention has good electromagnetic performance, low iron loss and high magnetic induction, can be effectively used for preparing an iron core, and has good popularization prospects and application value.
