Zusammenfassung: | The present invention aims to provide a Schiff base derived from 4-aminobenzoic acid and its ligand NEt2, synthesized by three different methods (conventional heating, mechanosynthesis, and ultrasound) and due to its low cytotoxicity, its use as a fluorescent marker agent in vitro to stain cell cytoplasm, making it a good candidate for obtaining fluorescent bioimages by confocal microscopy.
