La presente invencion divulga una microcapsula de nutriente liposoluble y un metodo de preparacion de la misma; la microcapsula de nutriente liposoluble comprende los siguientes componentes en porcentaje en peso: un nutriente liposoluble (0.2 a 51.6 %), un antioxidante (0.2 a 5.0 %), un material de pared (41.4 a 97.6 %) y una humedad (2.0 a 5.0 %) y la proporcion del nutriente liposoluble que se mantiene activa en la microcapsula de nutriente liposoluble con el nutriente liposoluble que se agrega inicialmente es 0.990 a 0.997:1; el metodo de preparacion de la microcapsula de nutriente liposoluble comprende un proceso de emulsificacion y un proceso de granulacion en donde la emulsificacion se realiza en un emulsionante de cavitacion; mediante el metodo de preparacion, el principio activo del nutriente de la microcapsula de nutriente liposoluble tiene menos perdida y una mayor estabilidad. |
