PROCESS OF OBTAINING A POLYFARNESENE COMPOSITION USING CATALYTIC SYSTEMS BASED ON NEODYMIUM

The present disclosure is related to a composition process to obtain polyfarnesene from terpene farnesene, by means of a solution coordination polymerization, using different catalytic systems of the tertiary-type based on neodymium. Each of them comprises the following components: catalyst system I) neodymium (Nd) versatate/Methylaluminoxane (Al)/diethyl aluminum chloride (Cl); catalytic system 2) Neodymium (Nd) isopropoxide/triisobutyl aluminum (Al)/N, N-dimethyl aniline tetrakis (pentafluorophenyl) borate (B). The variation of the ratios in each catalytic system of Al/Nd and Cl/Nd as well as B/Nd and Al/Nd allows modifying the final characteristics of the obtained polyfarnesene. La presente invención se refiere a un proceso de composición para obtener polifarneseno a partir del terpeno farneseno, mediante polimerización por coordinación en solución, utilizando diferentes sistemas catalíticos del tipo terciarios basados en neodimio. Cada uno de ellos comprende de los siguientes componentes: sistema catalítico I) versatato de neodimio (Nd)/metilaluminoxano (Al)/cloruro de dietil aluminio (Cl); sistema catalítico 2) isoprópoxido de neodimio (Nd)/ tri-isobutil aluminio (Al)/ N,N-dimetil anilina tetrakis(pentafluorofenil) borato (B). La variación de las relaciones en cada sistema catalítico de Al/Nd y Cl/Nd así como B/Nd y Al/Nd permite modificar las características finales del polifarneseno obtenido.
